Unfortunately, PROUD EXTENSIONS have a no refund policy. Before processing payment, please be aware that all sales are final. Make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and or color.

After USPS/UPS receives your merchandise and tracking number is provided Proud Extensions LLC is no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier for any lost or stolen packages.
