Unfortunately, PROUD EXTENSIONS have a no refund policy. Before processing payment, please be aware that all sales are final. Make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and or color.

 

After USPS/UPS receives your merchandise and tracking number is provided Proud Extensions LLC is no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier for any lost or stolen packages.

· Express Shipping: 1-2 business days $19.99

· Overnight Shipping: 1 business day $39.99 (not available)

· International Shipping: 5-20 business days $39.99

 

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Order processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS Days!  Illinois usually delivers 1-2 days all other states 2-4. No delivery time guarantee!

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your order. You can track your order after 24 hrs at www.USPS.com Or UPS.COM

 

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING ?

Process takes 3-5 Business Days but may take up to 5 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS to be delivered. Processing occurs Monday- Friday. (Orders completed on Friday will begin processing on Monday.)

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, In the case of lost or stolen packages please contact your local post office to file a claim. We will assist with any information they may need. Tracking numbers are sent via email so please monitor your packages to prevent any issues.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ?

To insure fast delivery, all orders are processed daily. Orders can not be changed or altered once payment is complete.
